Photos, Classification, and Service Review
LoadDash uses uploaded photos and item details to classify load tier, support Hauler fit, review safety, document service, and resolve service questions. Photo classification is useful, but photos may miss an item, angle, condition, distance, access issue, hidden item, added item, or image-quality detail. A Hauler may compare the actual load with the photos and job details before moving forward.
1. Information We Collect
LoadDash Services LLC collects limited personal information including your name, email address, phone number, pickup address, and service request details. LoadDash uses this information only to schedule and complete your service request.
2. How We Use Your Information
Information collected is used solely to schedule pickups, confirm service, communicate with you about your request, process payments, document service completion, and improve LoadDash operations. We do not use your personal information for advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.
3. SMS and Text Messaging
If you provide a mobile phone number and optionally consent during booking, LoadDash sends transactional SMS messages related to your service request, including booking confirmations, pickup reminders, Hauler status updates, waitlist alerts, and service completion notices. Message frequency varies by booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not required to use LoadDash or complete a booking.
4. SMS Consent and Mobile Information
LoadDash uses your mobile phone number and SMS consent only for LoadDash service communications. LoadDash does not sell, rent, share, trade, or otherwise disclose your mobile number or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is optional, unchecked by default, separate from the Terms of Service, and is not a condition of using LoadDash, creating or maintaining an account, requesting service, completing a booking, or purchasing any goods or services. If you do not opt in to SMS, LoadDash uses email and in-app updates instead.
5. Photos and Service Documentation
Users upload photos of items scheduled for removal before LoadDash approves a booking. LoadDash uses those photos to classify load tier, support Hauler fit, review safety, document service, and resolve service questions. Haulers also upload a photo after service completion to confirm pickup. LoadDash stores photos securely as part of the service record and uses them only for LoadDash service, safety, support, payment, legal, fraud-prevention, and documentation purposes.
6. Payment Information
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. LoadDash Services LLC does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive financial credentials.
7. Information Sharing
LoadDash does not sell or rent personal information. LoadDash shares information only when strictly necessary to complete a service request, process payments, provide technology infrastructure, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with legal requirements. We do not share your data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
8. Routing and Analytics
With your consent, LoadDash uses anonymized or aggregated pickup data to improve routing and service scheduling. You can opt out of analytics participation at any time in the Privacy and Data section of the app. Opting out does not affect your ability to request service.
9. Data Security
LoadDash stores service data on secured, access-controlled infrastructure. We apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
10. Your Rights and Account Deletion
You can request a copy of the data LoadDash holds about you at any time using the data export feature in the app. You can also request account deletion through the app. Active pickups must be completed or canceled before deletion can proceed. LoadDash deletes or anonymizes account information where appropriate and may retain records needed for payment processing, tax, fraud-prevention, safety, support, legal, or operational obligations. 11. Military Installation Operations
LoadDash operates within designated military housing areas but is a privately operated service provider. LoadDash Services LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the United States Department of Defense or any military installation.
12. Updates to This Policy
LoadDash updates this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
