Capability check
Weight, awkward shapes, garage cleanouts, or appliance-adjacent work. This tier asks a Hauler to pause and assess before accepting.
Full · $295
Crew-aware load
Truck-capacity and multi-room jobs. A Full tier may require more planning, help, or reassignment to a better-fit Hauler.
Full covers 30 to 40 items. Larger loads add a small per-item rate, locked before you pay. Total price never exceeds $500.
For Neighbors
The photos protect both sides.
Good photos are not busywork. They help the Hauler compare the actual load with the booking details before moving forward.
Scope changes matter.
Photo classification gives everyone a shared starting point, but photos can miss an item, angle, condition, or access issue. If more items are added after booking, update the scope before pickup.
For Haulers
Accept only what you can safely complete.
A Hauler is expected to use judgment. If the tier, photos, item weight, access path, or vehicle capacity do not fit, the right move is to decline or request support.
