Hill Thrift first
Donation-flagged items should be separated from trash. A Neighbor and Hauler may coordinate a Hill Thrift Shop handoff or delivery when the item is clean, usable, accepted, and practical for that pickup.
Before landfill
REUSE WHEN IT MAKES SENSE.
If an item is still usable, note it during booking. We encourage Neighbors and Haulers to coordinate donation when it makes sense, with Hill Thrift Shop on H Avenue, Building 841 as a preferred local path when acceptance allows.

Acceptance matters
Hill Thrift Shop decides what it can accept. Donation depends on the item, its condition, pickup timing, shop hours, Hauler availability, and available local donation options that day.

No false promise
LoadDash encourages reuse, but we cannot guarantee a donation, destination, handoff, delivery, or separate transaction between a Neighbor and Hauler. Some items still go to landfill.
