Questions

NO SURPRISES HERE.

Plain answers for Neighbors and Haulers. The tier sets the price, but it also helps match the job to the right vehicle, crew, and capability.

Neighbors

Before you book.

What does LoadDash do?

LoadDash helps Neighbors schedule fixed-tier hauling for bulky junk, furniture, garage cleanouts, PCS overflow, and other items that do not fit normal trash pickup.

Who is this for?

LoadDash serves eligible pickup addresses in the Boyer Hill resident service area. Pickup availability starts with the service address.

Is LoadDash part of Hill AFB or Boyer Hill Military Housing?

No. Boyer Hill residents may use LoadDash Services LLC at their homes within the community. LoadDash operates independently and does not belong to, represent, or speak for Boyer Hill Military Housing, Hill AFB, the Air Force, or the Department of Defense.

Is LoadDash an app?

LoadDash is a web app for launch. You can book from your phone or computer through the website. iPhone and Android apps are on the way, but you do not need them to create an account or book a haul.

How do I create a Neighbor account?

Tap Book a haul. Enter your name, phone number, email, and pickup address. Follow the verification step, then use your account to upload photos and request a haul.

How do I book a haul?

Create or sign in to your Neighbor account, send photos of the load, review the classified tier, confirm the scope, and choose the next available pickup option in the web app.

Why do I need to send photos?

Photos protect both sides. They help LoadDash classify the tier, spot items we cannot take, and match the load to a Hauler who has the right vehicle, equipment, time, and ability.

What photos work best?

Send one wide photo that shows the whole load and one closer photo that shows the item types. Good light helps. Keep items grouped when you can.

How does photo classification set a tier?

The system reviews your photos and item details, then classifies the load as Small, Medium, Heavy, or Full. Photos can miss an item, angle, condition, or access issue, so the Hauler compares the actual load with the photos and job details before moving forward.

What are the four prices?

Small is $75, Medium is $120, Heavy is $175, and Full is $295. The homepage shows the public rate card. The Crew tiers page explains what each tier means for job size and Hauler fit.

Full covers 30 to 40 items. Larger loads add a small per-item rate, locked before you pay, and the total never exceeds $500.

Is the price fixed?

The posted price applies to the confirmed scope. If the actual load does not match the photos or job details, the scope may need review before service continues. We do not use an hourly meter, a surprise fuel fee, or last-minute price confusion.

Why do crew tiers matter?

The tier is more than a price. It signals how much work the load may require. A Heavy or Full job may need more vehicle space, more lifting ability, more time, or a different Hauler.

Can every Hauler handle every tier?

No. Haulers have different vehicles, equipment, schedules, and physical capacity. A Hauler accepts only jobs they can safely complete.

What happens if my load needs a different Hauler?

LoadDash can route the job to a better-fit Hauler when the tier, photos, or details show that the job needs different capability. That protects your items and the Hauler.

What if I add more items after I book?

Update the scope before pickup. The added items may change the tier, the price, or the Hauler match. Updating early keeps the pickup fair and safer.

What if the load is bigger when the Hauler arrives?

The Hauler pauses and uses the app or support process. You may need to update the scope, confirm a new tier, reschedule, or cancel under the service terms.

Who comes to my home?

A LoadDash Hauler accepts the job through the platform. The web app gives you job details before pickup so you know what to expect.

Will the Hauler enter my home?

Choose the placement spot during booking. For the cleanest service, place items where the Hauler can access them safely and quickly.

What items can LoadDash take?

LoadDash is for common household junk, furniture, boxes, garage items, and similar loads that fit the confirmed tier and safety rules.

What items can LoadDash not take?

We do not take hazardous materials, firearms, ammunition, live animals, unlawful items, items prohibited by base rules, or items a Hauler cannot move safely.

What if I am not sure about an item?

Ask before pickup. A quick question is better than a canceled job or an unsafe lift.

How does ASAP priority work?

ASAP priority adds a $19 flat priority flag. It moves the booking ahead for review when capacity exists. It does not guarantee a specific pickup time.

How do payments work?

The web app handles payment. Review the payment step before you confirm.

Do tips go to the Hauler?

Yes. Tips are optional, and 100% of the tip goes to the Hauler. LoadDash does not take a cut of tips.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel under the service terms. Timing matters. If a Hauler has already spent time or travel on the job, a cancellation fee may apply.

Do you donate usable items?

When possible, LoadDash routes donation-flagged items before landfill disposal. Donation routing depends on item condition, timing, and whether the destination accepts the item.

How does LoadDash use SMS?

We use SMS for transactional updates when you opt in, such as booking status, tier confirmation, pickup windows, and service follow-up. SMS consent is not required to request service.

Haulers

Before you accept.

What is a LoadDash Hauler?

A Hauler is an independent service provider who uses LoadDash to view and accept hauling opportunities. A Hauler is not a LoadDash employee.

Do I have to accept every job?

No. You choose the jobs you accept. Review the photos, tier, pickup details, and payout before you say yes.

Why do crew tiers matter to me?

The tier tells you how large or complex the job may be. Small and Medium jobs may be straightforward. Heavy and Full jobs may need more strength, more space, more time, or help.

Can I accept a job that is too big for me?

No. Do not accept a job you cannot safely complete. Safety matters more than availability.

What should I check before accepting?

Check the photos, item types, tier, pickup location, access path, time window, vehicle space, equipment needs, and your ability to lift or load safely.

What if I arrive and the load does not match the photos?

Pause the job. Document the difference. Use the app or support process before moving items. The Neighbor may need to update the tier, reschedule, or cancel.

What if the load is unsafe?

Do not move it. Stop, document the issue, and request guidance. Unsafe work includes hazardous items, overloaded vehicles, blocked access, unstable piles, and items you cannot lift safely.

Can I bring another person?

Follow the active crew policy in the app and service terms. The Neighbor's price stays tied to the confirmed tier, not the number of people who arrive.

How do payouts work?

The job shows payout details before you accept. LoadDash does not guarantee earnings, job volume, or a fixed schedule.

Do I keep tips?

Yes. Neighbor tips are optional, and 100% of the tip goes to you. LoadDash does not take a cut of tips.

What vehicle do I need?

Use a vehicle that can safely handle the job you accept. Do not overload your vehicle. Do not accept a tier that does not fit your capacity.

What equipment should I have?

Use the equipment needed for the job you accept. Some jobs may require straps, gloves, moving blankets, a dolly, or another safe loading method.

Can I reject prohibited items?

Yes. Reject hazardous, unlawful, prohibited, undisclosed, or unsafe items. Use the app or support process so the issue is documented.

How should I communicate with Neighbors?

Keep communication professional and job-related. Use messages for arrival updates, scope questions, access issues, completion status, and support needs.

Can I contact a Neighbor for other work?

No. Do not use LoadDash contact details for unrelated work, marketing, or personal outreach.

What if I need to cancel after accepting?

Cancel as early as possible through the app or support process. Late cancellations hurt the Neighbor and may affect future job access.

Does applying guarantee work?

No. Applying does not guarantee approval, job availability, payout volume, or a specific schedule.

What does vetted mean?

LoadDash reviews Hauler applications before giving platform access.

What is the most important rule?

Accept only what you can safely complete. If the tier, photos, route, weight, or equipment needs do not fit, do not take the job.
