Bagged trash

Household waste in tied bags.

Bags must be sealed. No loose or wet refuse.

Cardboard

Flat, broken-down boxes only.

Assembled boxes take more room and may change the tier.

Yard debris

Branches, clippings, leaves.

Cut branches to arm-length pieces. Bag loose leaves.

Furniture

Sofas, chairs, tables, small household furniture.

Bulky items may move a load into Heavy or Full.

Donations

Items in good shape worth re-homing.

Separate donated items so the Hauler can identify them before any landfill run.

Other

Something not listed above.

LoadDash may review the item before confirming the tier.

SMS is optional. The web app can ask whether you agree to receive service-related SMS from LoadDash Services LLC about a booking request, tier confirmation, pickup window, and support. Safety limits

Some items need a safety pause.

Haulers use their own judgment at pickup. LoadDash strongly encourages every Hauler to decline anything they cannot move safely, legally, or within service rules.

Strongly discouraged.

Hazardous materials, firearms, ammunition, chemicals, live animals, sharp debris, wet loads, refrigerants, or anything a Hauler cannot move safely.

Do not include unlawful items or items prohibited by base rules. LoadDash reviews refrigerators, freezers, AC units, and very heavy items and may decline them.
